“It is a great pleasure to announce our partnership with ALTER! For those unfamiliar, ALTER is the most secure and private messaging app based on blockchain technology powered by Secret Network private smart contracts and ECDH (Elliptic Curve Diffie – Hellman) encryption. By allowing its users to keep their private key or generate their own private key, ALTER uses advanced cryptographic models to transfer messages securely through the blockchain”, he said through an article published on the Medium platform.

The company explained that ALTER is an alternative to traditional media (think of: email, chat, and file sharing) that offer a decentralized service to manage messages, files and calendars in complete privacy. It is not your regular email and is not supported by any web2.0 email service provider so as not to compromise the security of user data. It resembles email from the perspective of the product’s simplicity and intuitive usability, which takes the dApp much further than any other secure and private communications product.

In his view, ALTER is fast becoming the standard for web 3.0 privacy and communication dApps and is about to introduce its first native governance and utility token: $ ALTER.

“$ ALTER will be the first asset included in SecretSwap’s new rewards government stakes pool, codenamed Infinity! (More info on this coming soon!) Additionally, an ALTER participation pool will be provided to bet ALTER and receive ALTER on the platform. We are so excited to finally be able to share this wonderful news and we look forward to all the exciting things to come!”, he said.
