“The simple mode exchange interface will allow users to exchange crypto assets in a more user-friendly way. To make the user experience even better, the 1-inch network is pleased to announce the launch of a new sharing user interface: the simple mode for the 1-inch dApp”, it said via an article published on the Medium platform.

In their view, the simple mode exchange interface will offer traders an unprecedented degree of ease of use in a situation where an increasing proportion of the exchange volume is diverted from separate exchanges to DEX aggregators.

In the meantime, and according to the company added, the permission feature will facilitate ERC-20 token exchanges that support EIP-2612 without an additional unlock transaction.

“As Uniswap creator Hayden Adams admitted in his recent Twitter thread, these days most of the volume comes from DEX aggregators (…) And the launch of the new exchange interface allows 1 inch, a DEX aggregator leader with over 70% of DEX aggregation market share, stay ahead of the game”, he commented.

Sergej Kunz, co-founder of 1inch Network, assured that “due to the most recent events in the DeFi space, the existence of efficient alternatives to established DEX becomes increasingly vital (…) And, as a leader in the DEX aggregation segment, 1inch now offers an alternative to the global DeFi community”.

Notably, according to the company, the new sharing interface will certainly please Uniswap fans as it has a feature for Uniswap exclusive aggregation. And, unlike the Uniswap protocol, which currently only provides version 3, with the 1inch simple mode users will be able to use any version of Uniswap.
